Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

It is important to book your session for a time and date that best suits your needs. Last minute cancellations and rescheduled bookings are unfair to other clients who may have wanted the session time you originally booked. They are also often a big inconvenience for my schedule. Please respect my time and energy by honoring the appointments you make. 

If you are unavailable for your session, please use Acuity or the Services page to reschedule immediately. If there are technical difficulties, you may contact me immediately via Contact Me or at bridget@bridgetreneeholliday.com. In the case of technical difficulties, you may contact me prior the 24 hours leading up to your scheduled session and we can reschedule your appointment for a future date. If you are going to be late to our session, please note that I am unable to wait more than 15 minutes past the start time of your booked appointment. 

If you need to cancel a session you have already booked, you must do so with at least 24 hours advance notice to your original scheduled booking time. A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required to be eligible for a refund. Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made through Acuity or on the Services page prior the 24 hours proceeding your scheduled session time. Refunds will not be given to cancellations or rescheduling requests that do not meet these terms, nor if you fail to be available for your original scheduled session. 

Email, Phone, Skype or Facetime Communication

Please understand the importance of entering the correct contact information into the form at the time of booking. It is requested that you check and double-check your email address, phone number, Skype, and Facebook username for any punctuation and special characters, missing letters or misspellings. It is your responsibility to type the correct contact information with these items to ensure we can connect for our session. I cannot be held responsible for session tardiness due to your typos. If your username, email address or phone number isn't valid, I am not responsible. And unfortunately, your session time will be cut short if I am late because I am investigating a valid way to reach you. 

If your contact information changes between the time that you book your session and your actual session date and time, please send it to me immediately. I must receive your new information at least 24 hours before your session begins. You can send it to me by using the Contact Me page, or sending it to bridget@bridgetreneeholliday.com.
