BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Please book your session for a date and time that works best for you. Late cancellations and last-minute rescheduling limit availability for other clients and disrupt scheduled commitments.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so directly through the Change/Cancel Appointment button in your confirmation email. Self-rescheduling is available up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled session start time.
Requests to reschedule made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In the event of a verified emergency or technical issue. Please contact Bridget as soon as possible via the Contact page or at bridget@bridgetreneeholliday.com. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.
If you are running late, a 15-minute grace period is provided. If you do not join the Zoom session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time and no prior arrangement has been made, the session will be considered missed and will not be refunded. If you contact Bridget within 7 days of your original session date, your session can be rescheduled based on Bridget’s availability.
Sessions missed due to no-show, late arrival beyond the grace period, or failure to attend are non-refundable.
Refunds are not offered for any sessions, services, packages, classes, workshops or events.
Communication & Contact Information
Please ensure that all contact information entered at the time of booking is accurate, including your name, email address, and phone number. It is your responsibility to verify that this information is correct so that session access and communication can occur without issue.
Bridget cannot be held responsible for session delays or missed sessions due to incorrect or incomplete contact information provided at booking.
If your contact details change after booking, you must notify Bridget at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session by using the Contact page or emailing bridget@bridgetreneeholliday.com.
If delays occur because valid contact information was not provided, session time may be reduced accordingly.

By booking a session or service, you agree that Bridget Renee Holliday is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation in sessions or services nor from listening to the replay.
